Refund policy

At Label Vyuha, all our products are carefully handcrafted, and many of our designs are made-to-order or customised. Hence, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customised, made-to-order, or personalised products once the order is confirmed. Returns are accepted only for non-customised, ready-to-ship products if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and such requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory for all return or refund requests and must clearly show the opening of the package and the condition of the product.


Once a return request is approved, the product must be returned unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact. Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection and will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges are allowed only for size issues in non-customised products and are subject to product availability, with exchange requests to be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order; however, cancellations are not allowed once the order enters processing or customization. Slight variations in colour, texture, or embroidery may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, and the handcrafted nature of our products and shall not be considered defects.
